Morning & Afternoon: Spend your day with your kids at the most popular theme park; Universal Studios Singapore (USS). USS offers 7 different zones, which are filled with joy and adventure for you and your family to venture and savour. The 7 zones are Hollywood, New York, Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, Lost World, Far Far Away and lastly Madagascar. Be sure not to miss these 7 zones. Evening: After a long day over at USS, gather your family members with a mouth-watering dinner over at Slappy Cakes where you can enjoy making your own pancakes. Doesn’t it sound like a fun-family activity! After having your fulfilling dinner, be starstruck with your other family members when you catch the live display of Crane Dance & Lake of Dreams show. To reach RWS simply take the MRT and alight at Harbourfront Station (NE1|CC29). Upon reaching, follow the direction which leads to Vivo City Level 3 (Lobby L). Purchase a Single-Trip admission ticket (via Monorail) to Sentosa Island (worth $4.00) at the Ticketing Machine. Alternatively, you may also use your Ez-Link card for admission to Sentosa. $4.00 will be deducted in your Ez-Link card instantly. Finally alight at Waterfront Station and make your way to USS!

Day 2: Be Fascinated with Science & Snow

Morning: Expand your child’s science, mathematics and technology knowledge at Science Centre. There are plenty of exhibitions for your children to learn from. Don’t miss out the Transformer’s 30th Anniversary Exhibition, which explains the history of Transformer and the robots. Besides, be awe-struck with the figurines! This temporary exhibition ends on 1st March 2015. Apart from Transformers exhibition learn more about WaterWorks, Kinetic Garden and many other more attractions! What’s more, you can kick off the day here with the McDonald’s Breakfast meal.

Afternoon: We fully know that Singapore is a tropical country and perhaps you are not used to that 30 degree celsius humidity. Hence, we suggest you to have an indoor family treat to Snow City for some retreat! Just a 5-minutes walk from the Science Centre, this indoor snow playground caters specially for the family. Look forward to some exciting attractions, which await you– Dino World Ice Gallery, Snow Chamber and Snowman’s World. The temperature inside the Snow Chamber and ice gallery are as low -5 and -10 degrees Celsius respectively. So, pack some extra long sleeve shirts and long pants when planning to head to Snow City. Oh! Don’t forget your personal socks as well.

Evening: It’s best to come over on a Friday as you will get to witness the stars during stargazing session from 1950hrs to 2200hrs at The Observatory, Omni-Theatre Building. During this session, there will be Astronomy 101— a series of talks for you and your family to learn in-depth about the astronomy. The talk is conducted only on the second Friday of the month. To get your way to Science Centre, simply take a train to Jurong East MRT station (NS1|EW24). Take bus number 66 and 335 from Jurong East Interchange (next to Jurong East MRT station).

Morning: Kick-start your day off by tasting our very own traditional local delicacy Kaya Toast with Hard-Boiled eggs and a cup of coffee. We suggest you to have it over at Ya Kun Kaya Toast. After fueling up your tummy with this yummy breakfast, board the SAEx® bus service which brings you straight to the Singapore Zoological. Purchase the tickets at the counter or online. Afternoon: After completing the Zoo trip in the morning, now let’s move on to River Safari. Spend your afternoon by riding either Amazon River Quest or River Safari Quest or even both. These 2 rides are price at $5 (Adult) and $3 (Child age 3-12 years old) and they can be availed on separate admission tickets. Be sure not to miss Singapore’s Giant Panda— Jia Jia and Kai Kai. Don’t forget to pay a visit to 6 different rivers, which will definitely turn you in awe. Feeling famished? Evening/Night: Let’s have an exciting time at the Night Safari. You may also have your dinner over at Bongo Burgers and be enthralled with Thumbuakar Performance— a cultural dance performance by the Thumbuakar dancers, who will perform their fire-sparking stunts. After the performance ends, walk your way to the Wallaby Trail where you will get to explore further on Australasia’s animal— the Wallabies and the Possums. Next, catch the Creatures of The Night Show, which offers a spectacular night where most nocturnal animals will excite you and your family with their talents and skills. This extravagant show is surely not to be missed.

Day 4: Last Minute Shopping!

Morning: It’s your final day over in Singapore. On this very last day, treat you and your family to Gardens by The Bay where there are variety of attractions for you and your family to learn and explore more about the gardens. Bring your kids to Far East Organization Children’s @ Gardens by The Bay. There a number of attractions, which are suitable to their age. Look out for these attractions– Toddler Play Zone (aged from 1 to 5), Rainforest Tree Houses (aged from 6-12) and Water Play (aged from 6 to 12). If you are hunting for some breakfast over at Gardens by The Bay, we suggest you to have it at Hill Street Coffee Shop in Supertree Dining court or you can have it at Children’s Garden Cafe. To reach Gardens By The Bay, simply take the MRT and alight at Bayfront station (CE1|DT16). Walk to Exit A which head towards Gardens by The Bay and follow the route as directed. 

Afternoon & Evening: Spend your afternoon with your family by doing last minute shopping around Orchard Road area. If you’re looking for nice fabrics, head to Spotlight @ Plaza Singapura where you can find wide selections of fabrics for you to choose from. If you’re looking for toys for your kids, drop by at Toys ‘R’ Us where you can find the latest collection of Nerf guns! If you’re looking for novels to read to relieve your boredom, head down to Kinokuniya @ Ngee Ann City. Kinokuniya store covers the whole one level of Ngee Ann City. Perhaps, whatever novel you’re looking for can be found. There are various department stores across Orchard Road– from Marks & Spencer to Metro to Takashimaya, Isetan and Tangs. Surely, we would definitely suggest you going to Takashimaya where their department store is bigger like no other! Also, Takashimaya has Cold Storage– a supermarket store at level B2. Branded goods like Abercrombie & Fitch, Adidas, Prada or Gucci are available around Orchard Road.

Heading to Orchard Road? Take the MRT to Dhoby Ghaut (NS24|NE6|CC1) or Somerset (NS23) or Orchard (NS22).

You can also shop at Bugis Street where you can find lots of merchandise available at a cheaper price. What’s more, you can even bargain too! There are plenty of eateries out there across Orchard Road. On Bugis Street, you can have your dinner at Bugis Junction or Bugis Plus.

If you’re planning to head to Bugis Street from Orchard Road, take bus number 7, 36 and 175.
